1. Scope of Services
aislesoir provides bespoke digital template design and custom layout services for event stationery, including digital invitations, seating charts, menus, welcome signs, and RSVP templates.
Digital Services Only: Our offerings consist strictly of customized digital design services and downloadable digital template files. We do not manufacture, sell, or ship physical goods or tangible items, nor do we manage physical inventory or logistics.
Geographic Target: Our services are provided primarily to clients located in Europe and the United Kingdom.
2. One-Off Orders & No Recurring Subscriptions
All purchases and service bookings made through aislesoir are strictly one-off transactions.
No Automatic Renewal: We do not offer subscription services, recurring billing, or automatically renewing plans.
Single Payment Obligation: Each deposit payment applies solely to the specific custom design project selected at the time of checkout. You will never be enrolled in any recurring charge model, monthly fee, or ongoing membership without your explicit manual action and consent for a new, separate service booking.
3. Deposit & Service Booking Process
1. Service Deposit: The prices displayed on our product pages represent a required service deposit to initiate your custom digital design project.
2. Design Intake Form: Following deposit placement, you will be directed to submit an intake form containing your personalized text, event details, and layout preferences.
3. Design Preparation: We craft your bespoke digital assets based on the information provided in your intake submission.
4. Final File Delivery: Finalized digital design files are delivered electronically for your personal printing or digital sharing needs.
4. Client Responsibilities & Content
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and correct information (including names, dates, spelling, and menu items) within your design intake submission.
You agree not to submit any material that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights or violates applicable UK or European laws.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Original Material: All design templates, visual layout assets, showcase imagery, and website content provided by aislesoir are original works or fully cleared media. They remain the intellectual property of aislesoir.
Usage License: Upon final file delivery, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to display, print, and distribute your customized digital files for your specific private event. Commercial resale, redistribution, or unauthorized duplication of our design templates is strictly prohibited.
* No Unauthorised Trademarks: aislesoir does not incorporate or license third-party corporate logos, registered trademarks, or copyrighted media without clearance.
6. Service Availability & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update our design service offerings, intake workflows, or site content at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted directly on this page.
